Everything you need to know about registering, staging, and lining up for parade night on Main Street.
Before Parade Day
Once your application and payment are received, your entry is added to the official lineup, assigned a position based on entry type and category.
Staging & Arrival
Arrival windows and the staging area location are sent to registered participants ahead of the parade.
Day-Of Instructions
Parade marshals will direct each unit into position. Arrive within your assigned window.
Safety Requirements
All floats and vehicles must meet basic safety guidelines — secure decorations, a spotter for larger vehicles, no open flames.
